I've had a very good experience training under Mr Abdul for weight gain for around 6-7 months and have seen good results. Abdul is a trainer who takes his job very seriously. He keeps himself updated with the latest research on his subject, i.e. everything related to muscle building, weight management, nutrition, etc. and gives me advice based on that. He has a lot of empathy and makes me feel safe around him. He pushes me only by the amount I require to be pushed in my workout, and understands when I am not in usual energy levels. He always strives to be the best personal trainer that he can be. P.S.: He also makes amazingly tasty and healthy vegan protein bars!
