I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, which has helped me develop strong communication skills that I bring into my teaching. Being able to explain techniques clearly and guide students patiently is very important when introducing beginners to yoga and meditation. Along with my academic qualification, I am also a Certified Yoga Trainer, which has provided me with the practical knowledge and training needed to guide students safely and effectively. My certification has helped me understand proper postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices that support both physical and mental health. In my sessions, I focus not only on physical exercises but also on mindfulness and meditation. Many of my students join yoga classes to manage stress and improve concentration, and I have seen how guided meditation can help them feel calmer and more focused in their daily lives. My classes usually begin with warm-up and stretching exercises to gently prepare the body. This is followed by yoga asanas (postures) that help improve flexibility, strength, and balance. I also include Pranayama (breathing techniques) and guided meditation sessions, which help students relax their minds and develop better mental clarity.
