I am a fitness pursuer seeking to be the best of my own self and challenging my physical limitations to grow fitter everyday. In order to achieve that , I chose to take control of my fitness status by being a fitness instructor. My fitness journey is nothing short of discoveries - An ex-corporate individual with an innate sense for involvement in outdoor physical activities and sports since my younger days. I spruced up my interests with my passion in Dance through the later years of corporate life and eventually found my own calling for fitness by way of the internationally renowned dance based fitness program called Zumba Fitness. Am also a member of the MyHomeFitness programs. What that means is that I am able to understand lifestyles to target work outs with fitness modalities that benefit best when working out in groups. So hop on to kick start some fitness fun into our lives.
