My aim is to make traditional and authentic Yoga available and affordable to all. I'm a yoga teacher certified from Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram, Chennai. It is one of the few traditional schools of Yoga in India. I teach only authentic yoga that will gradually improve not only the physical health, but also mental health, and that is what yoga is supposed to do. Yoga entails various limbs like Asanas (physical postures), Pranamyama (breathing exercises) and Dhyanam (meditation).
