I have been practising yoga from the last 12 years. I strive to explore more and to get better theoretical knowledge.I did Yoga Instructors Course in S-VYASA in 2017 .In 2019 I completed Post graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy. With 600 hours of training and interacting with students. I did a six-month internship in Pranava Yoga Shaala and gave further training for a stroke patient. I am Interested in Pranayama, meditation and asanas.I am a homemaker and would like to teach in my spare time ad help others understand and learn yoga.
