Yoga needs to be done in the morning or it can be done anytime during the day ?

The atmosphere in the mornings is calm & meditative.So,for a more spiritually inclined practice or an energizing asana practice,mornings are good.By the evening,the body has warmed up nicely,so it is better for asana practice,especially a restorative one.

The best time to do yoga is in the morning ,second in evening at the time of sunset ..and if one dosent have time in morning and evening ,can perform as per their free time ....at that time your stomach must have to be empty like after 3-4 hour of any meal ..and do not consume any food just after yoga...
