Yes, females can do abs in binding she can do 10 to 15 reps and after few days practice she improve her stamina and increase number of reputation and number of set also thanks.

Power yoga is focus on more qucly movment rather then yoga and power yoga give more cardio output rather then yoga in yoga we focus on holding the posture buy in power yoga we focus on movment .

Many people equate prana with air or breath and therefore difine pranayama as the exercise of breathing .but this concept is worng and misleading. Prana .in the fact.is the vital energy which provieds each and every element of the world .whether organic or introrganic . It is no doubt .related to fhe air and breath .but prana is not only the air .it is vital energy in the air while talking of pranayama .we should always keep in mind the difference between the air and the vital energy within it .the world meaning of pranayam is the expansion of prana . The aim of pranayama is to inspire infuse .control .regaulate and balance the prana shakti ( vital energy ) In the body.
