Practising Yoga, there is an effect on the human system like digestive, endocrine, nervous, Musco skeletal. It is observed from studies that after practising Yoga, there is improvement in the human body systems, and it also supports improving and curing certain diseases.
For spine health, bujangasana, pavanmuktasans kativakrasana,sethubandasana,marjarasana,shasankasana gomukasana are very important to improve spine strength and flexibility and also control pain and reduce to take a painkiller.
These asanas are to be done before consultation with a doctor or certified Yoga teacher.
