Yoga instructor with1year of experience, I have 6-7am & 4-5pm group batch going on

If u wanna pum up ur self for the day u can do before the class work but if there is lot of stress in ur work then would recommend you to do after it u will get peaceful sleep 😊

Morning is preferred time for yoga. empty stomach is the prerequisite for doing yoga. but if one is not finding time doing regularly at given time is more important than not doing it at all

Yoga before work would energise and bring you in a state of balance to face the whole day with more zeal and energy. Yoga after work can help you de-stress and relax.

Do what works best for you. But do include this wonderful practice into your daily life. But if that is not possible anytime would be good. Just ensure to keep a gap of at least 3.5 hours from a heavy meal and 2 hours from a small snack.

It depends on your schedule and what you’re most comfortable with. some like to start their day with yoga in order to feel calm and fresh for the day. Others like to end their day with yoga to relieve stress from the workplace and stretch a stiff body. Try both and see what you prefer.
