You can certainly learn basic asanas and Pranayam by watching on YouTube or reading good books with photos. However this method can't correct your mistakes, which is possible only through a experienced yoga professional's personal teaching. This also has two categories one of learning in groups, which is only a PT/ Physical training and another method of learning yoga is 'One on one' which is a transformation process. Price depends upon knowledge, experience and qualifications of the yoga teacher. JYM has no comparison with Yoga. read less

For free yoga you can see on you tube. But correct alignment is possible when you have a teacher. Gym costs around 1500 rupees a month and yoga fee differs from 2000 to 8000 a month.
