Each of these Yoga are complete paths in themselves given by the Vedic Sages with the sole aim of leading to us enlightenment, and not for solving our back pains. His Holiness Sundaranad Swami, of Tapovan Kutil, Gangotri, a great Yogi, mountaineer, photographer, and a Self-realized Master, who I was lucky to visit when he was still in human form.
