Yoga certainly help to reduce weight.Suryanamskar,padhastasana,chakrasana,danurasana,chakiasan and Trikonasana,Uttanpadasana and halasana purna,pacchimotasana are very beneficial.Kapalbhati,basrika pranayam,Bramhri are very good. Intensive practice is necessary but finally as per capacity.
