Taken classes parts of bangalore, 8yrs of experiance teaching power yoga,pregnancy yoga, ashtanga yoga

night is the resting time of body nd working time of inner organs ...y do u do at night no benefit at all... u can do breathing teq nd meditation...

But Make sure you finish it within 7:30pm.
