Now, it is true that some yoga practices do increase blood pressure, most of the yoga practices calm down the body and mind. There are specific yoga practices for high blood pressure, which performed regularly can lead to normal blood pressure. I have seen many of my patients recovering well and they have stopped medications for high blood pressure. Best wishes for a healthy and happy existence. read less
