There are different types of yoga practices.Hatha yoga and power yoga are two among them. Hatha Yoga practice involve physical postures and breathing techniques.Practice slowly and with more static posture hold. But power yoga is a vigorous fitness based approach to yoga.It mainly focus on building strength and stamina. whereas hatha focus on balancing body and mind.
