I along with my husband have been a student of Prajakta Deo nearly for a year and I must say it is a wonderful journey with her. She is so knowledgeable and helped me and my husband to excel in yog asana gradually and effortlessly. We could experience good progress in postures and increased holding stamina for each asana. Our online classes used to start with light warm ups, continuing to asana and ending with pranayama and meditation. It improved our mobility, strength and stamina. Prajakta taai is wonderful teacher. I always found her very joyous and motivating. Her positive attitude kept the momentum going on. She is very punctual and disciplined and I recommend beginners as well as experts to have her guidance during your yog journey.
