I teaches Classical Yoga using Hatha Yoga & Iyenger Yoga principles for all levels from Beginners - Advanced student's & my teaching is firmly rooted in the lineage of B.K.S. Iyenger Gurujee. After completing a qualification in earth science, Pune University & Certification Course in Yoga, Kaivalyadhama Institution Lonavala, I began teaching Yoga. I have worked closely with several top doctors and athletes to help improve their breathing techniques, strength, flexibility, stamina, & mental focus. It also attended by students involvement in a diverse range of other activities such as trekking, running, swimming & cycling. In these specialized classes the primary focus is on injury prevention, performance enhancement and developing mental clarity. Yoga is the perfect way to counteract the effects of other sports on the body. Students learn how to protect the areas of the body which are vulnerable in many sports such as the ankles, knees, hips and lower back, through correct alignment and engagement of the three platforms or stabilizing junctions of the body. The joints become more open, muscles are gently stretched and the body generally becomes more free.
