I’d suggest these books for teaching spoken English:
• English Grammar in Use – Raymond Murphy – very good for grammar basics and common mistakes.
• Word Power Made Easy – Norman Lewis – useful for improving vocabulary.
• English Vocabulary in Use – Cambridge – helps learners learn and use new words naturally.
• Practical English Usage – Michael Swan – good reference for teachers when explaining confusing grammar and usage.
• Ship or Sheep? – Ann Baker – useful for pronunciation practice.
But personally, I wouldn’t depend only on books for spoken English. I prefer using daily conversation, role plays, discussions, vocabulary building, pronunciation practice and real-life situations along with these books. That gives learners much more speaking practice.

Yes. AI and Business Intelligence should be introduced to students and upcoming engineers because these skills are increasingly important in modern industries. AI helps students understand automation, machine learning, and data-driven problem solving, while BI teaches them how to analyse data and make better business decisions. However, these subjects should be taught along with strong fundamentals such as mathematics, programming, and analytical thinking.

It wont be replaced anytime soon as the cost for AI powered BI is too high and organisations cannot afford that moreover data security is a big challenge. So the traditional BI will continue for some more time atleast
