The practice that is done to bring the mind to the state of meditation is either the practice of pratyahara or the practice of Dharana. While practicing them, the mind has to go through some processes, due to which our suppressed sanskaras, memories, and deeds emerge on our psyche, which we are not aware of it. Its effect is visible on our body and mind.
