Powerurmind Skill development Centre conducts workshops, seminars and courses for Meditation. The course includes important scientific information about meditation. What goes on in brain and body when we meditate and what are the biofeedback to know the progress made in the practice of meditation. Practice sessions are conducted under expert guidance. An important component of the course is the use of audio frequencies to stop the aggressive thought train and calm the mind with deep mind body relaxation. Different techniques are taught to suit an individual to achieve quick success which used to take years with ancient process. The first level course is for 10 hours. The classes are conducted in the evening from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm on weekdays and in the morning 8:00 am to 10:00 am on Saturday and Sundays.
