Ability to teach all asanas step by step slowly until getting right posture and flexibility. As per client requirements, teaching flexibility asanas, exercises & vigorous exercises. Experience in teaching Kriyas like Neti Kriya, Dhauti Kriyas, Shankh Prakshalan etc., Ability to connect with people. Guiding young girls, Students, Clients to find their inner strength, show them where their confidence lives, and convince them to achieve personal strength through finding their authentic selves.
