I am passionate about swimming, having experience in this field from several years, I would like to share the knowledge which I have gained till date. I have helped several colleagues and family members of mine in learning different styles of swimming. I believe swimming is very mandatory for everyone to learn, and also it is one of the best exercises to maintain fitness.
