What is the difference between corporate training, HR training and soft skills training?

Corporate Training

• Focus: Corporate training is designed to improve overall employee performance, productivity, and alignment with company goals, Includes both technical skills (industry-specific skills, technology training) and managerial skills (leadership development, project management).

HR Training

• Focus: This training is specific to HR professionals or managers to equip them with skills related to human resource management. Covers topics like employee relations, recruitment and hiring, benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, and performance management.

Soft Skills Training

• Focus: This type of training emphasizes personal and interpersonal skills, which are essential in any job role. Non-technical skills like communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, leadership, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.

Soft Skills are also seen as transferable skills related to the job performance, whereas behavioral skills are more person centered. Behavioral skills on the other hand is just an another term for learning soft skills for redemption and modification of existing behavior from a place of desired performance and action.
