I am an HR professional with 5 years of experience in Recruitment. I am looking out for the change but I am continuously being rejected. How do I improve myself and what should I read to move to crack these interviews?

Hi Namrate, after spending too much time on Recruitment Companies I do not count experience of recruitment agencies. So I suggest you to go for HR Practical Training.

Most of the people I know are suggesting me to take Sap HR courses , Is there any other useful course that could help me getting job in HR. I have completed my BSc (CS) and post that I have wroked for Infosys Bpo (1.5 Years) and after that I made a mistake and joined an institute and started working on Biometric system and its been around 3years. Now I find no growth here and I want to switch back to an MNC, and I get interview calls but when they come to know that I am working in an institute then they dont call back. Now I am totally confused what to do.
Now you should be learn a new technology then u can switch in new field. in case of Database if u interested then u can learn BASIC OF SQL SERVER n then Advance MS SQL SERVER then u can switch in database like a DBA successfully.
