I am an HR professional with 5 years of experience in Recruitment. I am looking out for the change but I am continuously being rejected. How do I improve myself and what should I read to move to crack these interviews?

Prepare list of all questions based on the gathered information that might be asked to you. 3. Prepare answer for all those questions 4. Hi Namrate, after spending too much time on Recruitment Companies I do not count experience of recruitment agencies. So I suggest you to go for HR Practical Training.
