I am an HR professional with 5 years of experience in Recruitment. I am looking out for the change but I am continuously being rejected. How do I improve myself and what should I read to move to crack these interviews?

Hi Namrate, after spending too much time on Recruitment Companies I do not count experience of recruitment agencies. So I suggest you to go for HR Practical Training.
