Hi yes you can do HR accounts like salary calculation, provident fund, etc. Also can do some welfare schemes like revolving loan and so on.

Now I find no growth here and I want to switch back to an MNC, and I get interview calls but when they come to know that I am working in an institute then they dont call back. Now I am totally confused what to do.
Now you should be learn a new technology then u can switch in new field. in case of Database if u interested then u can learn BASIC OF SQL SERVER n then Advance MS SQL SERVER then u can switch in database like a DBA successfully.
