Well, if that be the case you are advised to first assess your suitability (in terms of qualifications and inclination) and not be bothered by salary etc at this stage, since HRM being a very vast field with multiple levels and areas of engagements.For your info, to acquire a post grad degree in HRM/Pers Mgmt, you need to, firstly be a graduate, and secondly need to qualify the entrance exam(although many private insts may admint you on other ctriterias too) like CAT etc. Many doubts/ quarries (about the field and future prospects) will get automatically cleared as you pace through the course. «less
