I have done B.E in computer science . i have 2 month exp in recruitment field. Now i want to make career in HR Field. is it mandatory to do MBA for become HR generlist. As completed my B.E IN 2011. after one year i started recruitment as a freelancer. so my more interest tends to HR rather than B.E. Instead of Doing MBA can i do diploma course in HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT from training institute. is it helpful to me.??please suggest. currently working as Recruitment from past 2 month. and 2 yrs exp as a campus recruitment as a freelancer. -

HI Miukesh I would suggest you to do a Diploma course in HR simultaneous to your job. It will be more fruitful rather than doing MBA.

You are already in HR in one area of HR, sourcing and recruitment. Like this there are other processes like Training & development, Industrial relations, Performance management system, OD, Change management, SAP-HR, Culture building, labour laws, statutory compliance, attendance and pay roll administration, reward & recognition, motivation, job enrichment, job enlargement and many related with people. You can pursue MBA(HR), PGDBM(HR), ISTD one and half year training course. But residential full time MBA course in a reputed organisation like IIM, XLRI, XISS is more beneficial than doing some distance learning course.
