I am a National boxing champion and NIS qualified Coach from Asia's biggest institute NSNIS Patiala and have vast experience of teaching as well as coaching . I did my bachelor degree and one year diploma in physical education followed by M.P.ED in 2010 since then I have been working in prestigious CBSE and ICSE schools as a lecturer and sports manager. Moreover, I have also worked as a Boxing coach at Indira Stadium, Una, Himachal Pradesh where I produced National level players. Presently, I am working as a Middle Year Program (MYP, PE teacher) at Lancer International School, Gurugram. Saksham Boxing Club has given me an opportunity to turn my dreams into a reality. Saksham boxing club aims to promote awareness in young candidates who aspire to become elite boxers at State, National or International level. SBC incorporates advanced techniques and strategies through personal training and group classes for fitness, cardio, self-defense, weight loss, fitness and professional boxing. "Can females do abs crunches and what is the total no. of reps advised?" in   Health and Fitness, Health and Fitness/Gym, Health and Fitness/Gym/Personal Training

Yes females can do the abs crunches but the repetitions are depends on the abs muscle endurance. if abs muscles have good endurance and strength they can go for more crunches. it is for elite women but for junior adviced no more.

Hlll Polo, Yes it is over weight as u hv mentioned ur height nd age. U need to do proper workout, Interval training nd circuit training including many station which will help u to develop all ur fitness componemts to burn lots of calories nd developing ur muscule mass. Don"t gv focus nly on one muscule nd u will see the result with time...U will b more fit with muscules.

Yes, It is not necessary to consume supplements while doing workout nd one of the best way to improve fitness level, consumed natural diet but in proper way. If someone does exercise he/she should be aware what to take before or after workout nd wt tupe of food should be taken in the morning, afternoon or at night....
