"The classes are really good. Ameera helps in attending the classes regularly.. very particular that we should not miss the class the 1 hr class feels like the time runs fast, at the end of the every day class I wonder how did I even do yoga for an hour though I am very inconsistent with my classes, within very few classes felt differences in my energy levels and visible fat losses in faces. very helpful for my post pregnancy weight and belly management. "I mainly joined yoga to regulate my sleep pattern and hair loss issues, and I feel tired throughout the day because of my irregular sleep pattern. Reasons may be seen as simple, but they're not. People around me said you have to do some physical activity so that you'll have better sleep, and they suggested joining yoga. Before joining, I thought online classes would not make any difference, so I decided to just give it a try for one month. But after joining, my opinion about online classes changed. This is mainly because of Ameera Ma'am alone. I joined Ameera Ma'am's class again for another month. If someone asks me what the best thing happening in my life right now is, I will definitely say yoga. And I want to share the changes that I felt after joining yoga. Now I am able to follow sleep patterns properly (7-8 hours of sleep), and my body is more flexible than before. I never thought I would do 108 rounds of Suryanamaskar, but Now I'm able to do it. And more importantly, about Ameera Maam: even if I feel down, she's motivating me to do so. And whenever I have any medical issues, she listens and resolves them immediately. Thanks a lot, Ameera Maam, for helping me to do it regularly. "

"Actually, I was looking for a yoga class to help with my GERD issue. I was recommended to take this yoga session by a coworker. I was uncomfortable because of my GERD issue and believed that it is incurable, but after talking to Ameera Mam, I felt more optimistic that my issue would be resolved. She inspired me to practice yoga regularly after I joined this class. I won't be able to sleep well either; I won't start to feel sleepy until after 1 PM. I've noticed that I fall asleep about ten o'clock after taking a few yoga courses. My back pain decreased slightly a month into my yoga practise. Ma'am, I thank you motivating me to practise yoga. "
