"4 months back I was totally scared about my uterus ma, after 4 months my uterus was safe because of u and ur way of teaching yoga only ma some time during yoga class I felt very lazy at that time u should be very strictly warned. This is only shown that how much caring person you are for all the yoga students. After I joined yoga class Slowly I was realized so many changes are physically as well as mentally. Ameera helps in attending the classes regularly.. very particular that we should not miss the class the 1 hr class feels like the time runs fast, at the end of the every day class I wonder how did I even do yoga for an hour though I am very inconsistent with my classes, within very few classes felt differences in my energy levels and visible fat losses in faces. very helpful for my post pregnancy weight and belly management.
