"I joined Dr Ameera's yoga classes around 7 months back. I joined this program to have good fitness and have hormonal balance. In my experience with Mam's yoga classes for the last 7 months, I can feel significant difference in my body. I used to have severe bloating issues earlier and now my stomach feels very light. I have lost weight also and I feel fit and relatively flexible. Dr Ameera is a nice tutor and helps us feel the transition in body step by step. She understands our issues and guides us accordingly so that we feel confident. I would definitely recommend her for anyone who wants to start with yoga classes. "

"I’m Tharanya R, currently pursuing PhD in Vellore. I have been living with an autoimmune condition, psoriasis (particularly affecting my foot) for the past 8 years. Due to my work stress, lots of life style changes and medication, I gained weight from 58kg to 69kg within last year. Also, my menstrual cycle became irregular and diagnosed with mild PCOS. So, I have decided to begin practicing yoga for my mental wellness, weight management and to adopt a healthier lifestyle. My lifelong friend introduced me about Dr. Ameera’s online yoga who is her relative and I consulted her immediately. Then I started yoga along with guided diet plan under her supervision on Jan 27th 2026. It’s been just one month, and I’ve already lost 3 kg by following mostly 90% of the diet and attending classes regularly. My menstrual cycle also became regular in this duration. Beyond these changes, I have noticed several improvements in my physical and mental health, my skin looks healthier with a slight natural glow, my body feels lighter, and I feel more calm in my daily life. In the beginning, it was quite difficult to balance my research work, diet, and yoga practice. But it soon became a routine, and now I feel energetic throughout the day. I sincerely thank Dr. Ameera for introducing yoga into my life and I have truly fallen in love with yoga. She is very supportive, conducts classes regularly with flexible timings, and classes are rescheduled whenever she is unavailable. She consistently follows up with each trainee and motivating us to practice both foundational as well as advanced asanas. As I begin my 2nd month of this yoga journey, I’m excited to look more positive improvements in my psoriasis condition and well-being ahead. "I'm Vilasny, at the age of 50 living in Singapore. I found out about Dr Ameera yoga from a relation. Before attending the yoga sessions I had menopausal symptoms such as muscle stiffness, anxiety, low mood, and mood swings. After completing yoga for about 3 months, I personally feel like my symptoms have been improving and also being able to reduce weight with her active yoga sessions overtime.
