My academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.), but my true calling led me to yoga. I am an internationally certified yoga teacher, having completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) from Sahasrara Yoga School. This certification, combined with years of experience, has equipped me to teach multiple yoga styles effectively. I specialize in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Power Yoga, offering a holistic experience to my students. My sessions include not just physical postures but also breathing techniques and meditation practices, ensuring overall well-being. Over the years, I’ve helped students manage various health concerns such as thyroid imbalance, obesity, sleeplessness, PCOS, back and neck pain, and even sciatica. Seeing these improvements in my students’ lives has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my journey. Apart from teaching, I have participated in several yoga competitions across India, securing 9th place in Bengal and 1st place in Chennai in 2016 for hand balance. These experiences have strengthened my skills and deepened my understanding of yoga as both an art and a science. I conduct both online and offline classes, making it convenient for students from different locations to join and experience yoga. Whether it’s a group class or a one-on-one session, I ensure every student receives personal attention and guidance. Being fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English, I can connect with a diverse group of students and make learning more comfortable for them. For me, yoga is about harmony—of the body, mind, and soul. My mission is to help people discover this harmony and lead healthier, happier lives through consistent practice.
