Hi Friends, its been just 4 month at Figurine Fitness, I have managed to lose 10 kg by now, did only Aerobics for first 3 months and now have combined Gym with Aerobics,believe me it really helps to improve your fitness level:),My target is to lose 8 kg more and for that we need to follow two imp. rules-discipline with food diet, That's the Mantra/secret behind any good looks:)
