"As my interest in yoga grew so did my conviction that sincere teachers like Regeesh are the ones who can illuminate our path perfectly. I deem it a privilege to practice yoga regularly at Aayana. The course offered an extensive study of yoga in all its aspects including Anatomy, methods of teaching, underlying philosophy and an exhilarating ashram experience in the Himalayas. The course has succeeded in deepening my faith in the efficacy of yoga in addressing modern day ailments, be it of body, mind or spirit. Aayana and Regeesh will remain the cherished beacon to guide me forever on the path of my growth through yoga. "

"I have been practicing yoga and other forms of exercises from age 12+.Have been to different Yoga camps during these years. But my life and my perception of Yoga has totally changed after I enrolled at Aayana 's Whitefield center. Very happy to be a part of this center. "

"What is yoga??" in   Yoga Classes

Yoga is a science of happiness. It systematically lead you to happiness by working with 3 dimensions of your personality. The body , breath and mind. A positive transformative change can only be achieved by working on these elements of your personality.


"Can yoga/meditation help in increasing the concentration power?" in   Yoga Classes

Yes, it does. Yoga refine your mind. The basic nature of the mind is moving, alert and distracted. The purpose of this distracted alert mind is to monitor the reality around , to find out any potential threat. We all are born with that nature of mind. You can see that an insure person will have more distracted mind. Yoga systematically refine your mind through asanas ( inviting the attention to the body) , through breath( by slow and relaxed breath) and through mind( dharana practices)


"Yoga needs to be done in the morning or it can be done anytime during the day ?" in   Yoga Classes

According to scriptures , the ideal time to practice yoga is early morning, mid day, evening and midnight
