Yoga has become the English word now.Real word is yog the union with our real source. Now the yoga are the postures to flexible the outer and inner body and Meditation is the Process of crossing the conscious of body and mind,no thought zone.

Yoga - is a step / means towards meditation...orienting body to be in peace with awareness....it ends with meditation which is to remain as witnessing awareness.
