After completing my PGDYS I have started to teach in Primary school to students age group 8 years to 15 years and Diabetic patient age group 40 to 60 . I teach for almost a year. In teaching I would prefer more practicing of Asana, as it is third step of Astang Yoga and without you can not go to next level. I advice to follow Saga Patanjalis all eight step by step learning from your body to soul . Experience would be vary by different age group. The final aim of yoga is to harmonize your panch kosh, which helps you to be fit and healty.

How do I deal with excess vibrations due to kundalini awakening?

If you feel Kundalini awakening , you should be under your Guru. Guru is the only person can help in such scnario.

How Is Yoga Different From Stretching or Other Kinds of Fitness?

Streching or other kinds of fitness make you stressful and are only relates to your body, while Yoga helps improving flexibility, physically and mentally healthy and it helps in curing illness also.
