Yoga Rooms are not supposed to be artificially made warm unless you are going for Hot Yoga.There are more disadvantages than benefits of practising Yoga in a heated environment because you sweat more and lose nutrients from the body. It may also lead to a reduction in endurance and stamina.For the practice of Yog Nidra towards the end of the session, generally, it is advised to cover oneself with a blanket because the body suddenly comes to rest after getting heated up during asana practice.
