There are following asanas and pranayam reduces stomach fat. Tadasana,Ustrasana,Uttanpadasana, vraksasana,Naukasana,Bhujangasana,Pavanmuktasana,Setubandasana and Suryanamskar. Kapalbhati is very important. Uddiyanbandh,Agnisar are very important.
