For God sake, our breath matters and somebody at the gym needs to understand this. You practice yoga under the rays of sunlight. You pay gratitude to sun. Gyms have a very competitive and dark vibe. Every yoga pose is used to treat some kind of illness. They're here for a reason. I enjoy stretches. Yoga teachers are calmer compared to the ones at the gym. That's my take. I prefer yoga. read less
