Both are better for their own speciality. Like if aim on development of muscle train and maintain physique then gym is ideal but if you wish to work on your mental, physical balance and inner development the yoga is best. Thank you🙏😇 Namaskar🕉

There's a focus on breath work in yoga. For God sake, our breath matters and somebody at the gym needs to understand this.

You practice yoga under the rays of sunlight. You pay gratitude to sun. Gyms have a very competitive and dark vibe.

Every yoga pose is used to treat some kind of illness. They're here for a reason.

I enjoy stretches.

Yoga teachers are calmer compared to the ones at the gym.

That's my take. I prefer yoga.
