Jeevanamrut is a simple, traditional Ayurvedic drink made from four natural ingredients – Amla (Indian gooseberry), jaggery, dry ginger, and water. Ingredients (for 1 liter)

Amla powder – 50 g

Desi jaggery – 80–100 g

Dry ginger powder – 5 g

Pure water – 1 liter

Method of Preparation

1. Dissolve jaggery in water.

 

2. Strain the liquid to remove impurities.

 

3. Add Amla powder and dry ginger powder.

 

4. Mix well until fully blended.

 

5. The drink is ready to serve.



How to Use

Can be consumed early in the morning on an empty stomach.

After meals to improve digestion.

During fatigue, after exercise, or after heavy work.

Can be taken before bedtime as a light restorative drink.

Best consumed fresh, though it may be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.

Recommended intake: 2–3 times a day.
