Practising and learning yoga from past 5 years and have been taking online classes since lockdown.

Doing gym may have instant effect on your body but in the long run no doubt yoga is far better then gym. It has been scientifically proven that yoga helps is reducing stress, increasing immunity and metabolism, better blood circulation etc.
