Which is better, yoga or a morning walk?

I have 2 year of teaching experience,certified international yoga training from Sivananda,Kerala.

Yoga is better than walk, because in yoga we work both mentally and physically,we do postures with proper breathing and works on streching & strengthening but in walk, we work only physically.
