"I started yoga just as an experiment but Akriti Mam's dedication as a teacher made me fall in love with it. In 6 months, her yoga classes helped me cure my PCOS issues that I was battling from long time. She is regular and takes effort to teach the correct pose to each one. For anyone who is new or experienced but wants to give yoga a try, would recommend joining her class. She is the best. "

Yoga is better than walk, because in yoga we work both mentally and physically,we do postures with proper breathing and works on streching & strengthening but in walk, we work only physically.

Offcourse I feel better after yoga practice, because after chanting mantras and yoga, lastly do shavasana that's calm down our mind and gives relaxation to body.

I start my day with yoga sessions, take classes & practice together, starting with om & mantra chanting, warm ups and daily different yogasana including pranayama. At noon time, I take another class of international client then in evening I take class again and do my self practice.
