The basic yoga posture is 1 Sukha asan. Simple cross leg posture. 2 Ardh padma asan. Half lotus posuture. 3 Vajra asan. This Vajra asan is the kng of asan because this can be done any time even after your lunch and dinner. This helps to improve your digestion.
