Yoga training can be classified into two major category,1. Physical (Body, material and therapy) 2. Intellectual ( Mind, Thoughts and achievement based)So, as per the text from traditional yoga schools, use almost all the above said respectively to the students need.Whereas in many modern so called yoga class focuses only on the first category and claim they are in eternal bliss.My suggestion is its always depends upon what is in our mind, Than what is the subject full potentioal.So I could request anyone to first try to understand what is the height of the knowledge and expeience where you study any subject and choose to your requirement.Hope i have given a clarity , if you need more info please feel free to catch me. read less

Its a complete solution for all your health requirements . Viz. Immunity, rejuvenation and peace. These all comes from yoga if you have found a good trainer. Apart from trainer you could also prefer watching Ashta TV in morning. I do teach yoga. But you do have choice to learn it on your own.
