The Ultimate 4 Minute Training For Better Endurance.

While searching in the web we come across verious articles, where people advice us to jog daily or to runs tens of kilometeres or to join swimming classes to enhance our physical endurance. But in this tech driven generation where we even get our food and veggies being home delivered to us, do we even spend that much time on our bodies?

Well Absolutely No! We are getting lazy as hell. But there is a method for all those lazy and time constrained people out there, who are looking for a quick and effective exercise.

Its called tabata or HIIT [ High-intensity interval training ].

It is a combination of some exercises that u need to perform within a given time, take a short break and then repeat.

In this couse we perform four exercises :-

JUMPING SQUATS:

 

PUSH UPS:

 

JUMPING LUNGES:

 

BURPEES:

 

You have to perform each exercise for 20 seconds and take rest for next 10 seconds and then perform the second exercise.

For example:-

You start by doing jumping squats for first 20 seconds then take a break for about 10 seconds. then again you start off with push ups for 20 seconds and then break for about 10 seconds. like this you repeat the next two exercises.

By doing this four exercise you complete one cycle and remember, no giving up! if Have To Do 2 Cycle.
