Long chanting of OM will increase your maximum breathing capacity which in turn increases your vital capacity and heart rate variability. Chanting long OM creates ultra-sound which travels tothealveoli in the lungs and churns the fluid bubbles in the gas-exchange chambers and that produces sonoluminescence which creates lot of energy and that's very powerful.
