The main difference between 'Arhatic Yoga' and 'Hatha Yoga' lies in their focus and approach:

1. Hatha Yoga:

- A traditional form of yoga that focuses on physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and purification techniques (shatkarmas) to prepare the body for meditation.

- Aims to balance the body's energy and improve health, flexibility, and strength.

- It is a slow, methodical practice that aligns body and mind, preparing the practitioner for deeper meditative states.

 2. Arhatic Yoga:

- A modern, advanced spiritual practice developed by Master Choa Kok Sui, integrating multiple esoteric traditions.

- Focuses on energy cultivation, purification, meditation, and character-building rather than just physical postures.

- Uses kundalini activation, pranic healing, and spiritual techniques to accelerate personal and spiritual development.

- It is not a physical yoga practice but a multi-dimensional system designed for deep inner transformation.
