Certified yoga trainer feel the union of body mind and soul

It's best to always practice in offline with a guidance of instructor. But in present situation if online is preferred students are suggested to take care of them while practicing asanas, like attaining into a right posture step by step and releasing asanas

Online or offline make no sense here as it purely depends upon the learner and the teaching skills that how much dedicated your student is and pushing ability of teacher plays the key role. But during the pandemic I will prefer online only.
