Is it better to do yoga in a class or online for a beginner?

IN the class, most certainly.Once you learn the correct way of doing the postures you can go online, if necessary, otherwise, It is always better to do yoga in the class with a good teacher/guru, as they impart lot more than just teaching you postures.
