"Kritika was very humble and made sure I understood the Asanas. She explained the Asanas by doing it herself which made understanding much easier for a beginner like me. I totally loved the session and looking forward to learning more from this young champ. "

Namaste🙏🏻
Kundalini Yoga is a higher spiritual practice and should never be done without guidance. It involves activation of chakras, realignment of pranas and rise of kundalini energy. All this can be overwhelming for the practitioner and he/she may not know how to handle it all at once. So it's better to do it under the guidance of a competent Kundalini Yoga expert.

Yoga and meditation are not separate. Meditation is rather a part of Yoga. People generally think of Yoga as some mere physical postures. Yoga is a vast field and there's a lot to explore there. Practicing Yoga everyday and choosing it as your lifestyle can balance your endocrine system (hormonal secretions), tones your muscles, enhances your posture, opens up amy tight areas in your body and on a subtle level it calms the nervous system, reduces stress and paves a path for an individual for spiritual upliftment. With time it helps you find inner peace and equilibrium.

Hi Ramala! That is a very good question to ask but i think it would better be answered when you practice it and feel what is going on in your body after you practice Yoga. My exerience says that the body feels light, energetic and you're much more at ease with everything that was going wrong before you practiced yoga.
